Recent RepCloudCRM improvements, grouped by release week.

Showing May 25, 2026 - May 31, 2026
Tasks 2026-05-31

Task assignment, reminders, and Workspace visibility

Assigned work is easier to trust across CRM and Workspace.

  • Task assignment now records in-app notifications and assignment email records for both normal tasks and account-profile task creation.
  • Task reminders now cover due, overdue, and near-due work within the next 24 hours while avoiding duplicate reminder spam.
  • Workspace task sync shows CRM-assigned tasks to the right staff member, hides them from unrelated staff, and supports checklist, comment, and status updates back into CRM.
  • The task list now shows the actual assignee instead of falling back to the owner.
Workspace 2026-05-31

RepCloud Workspace to CRM handoff

Workspace and CRM now have a stronger first-pass bridge for daily sales work.

  • Workspace can look up CRM customers/accounts, leads, products/pricing, purchase orders, and handoff status.
  • Workspace can stage contacts, leads, tasks, activity notes, and intake actions into CRM instead of forcing staff to re-enter the same context.
  • Task updates from Workspace can sync status, checklist completion, and comments back to CRM.
  • The next bridge work is narrower now: tracking/status activity writes, invoice matching, and RMA follow-through.

Cleaner PDF review and stronger order intake

PDF Review & Import now gives staff the important order checks faster, with less duplicated status text.

  • The review page now uses one compact source/parser strip instead of separate repeated alert boxes for subject, parsed lines, parser, and confidence.
  • Import Readiness now focuses on the actual review decisions: customer, PO number, unmatched SKUs, and pricing discrepancies.
  • Recent live parser checks covered B&H, I DJ NOW, Liquid/NetSuite, MFS, Mixware AMS, Pro Audio Star, Alto, and Audio Savings order formats.
  • A newer Liquid/NetSuite Product ID table format is now recognized more reliably during intake.
Workspace 2026-05-30

More reliable Workspace mail and native app flow

The Workspace app is moving closer to a daily-use mail command center, especially in the Mac shell.

  • Mailbox navigation now keeps the folder rail steadier while drilling into folders.
  • Message viewing is less likely to hit blank reader transitions, and reply/reply-all actions show a clearer working state.
  • Selected-message actions are available from native toolbar/menu controls with visible pending state.
  • IMAP folder operations now handle mailbox names with spaces, apostrophes, and nested folders more reliably when fetching, moving, flagging, appending, and previewing mail.

Contacts review and file workspace polish

Contacts and Docs/files both got closer to useful day-to-day workspaces instead of plain lists.

  • Recent-mail-only contacts now have a dedicated Review filter with queue actions, recent-message evidence, missing-field prompts, persistent dismiss, local save, and Add/Link to RepCloud paths.
  • Docs/files now groups work into practical buckets like PO, invoice, price, inventory, RMA, promo, and SKU instead of only showing disconnected file-source lists.
  • File search uses token matching, loaded mail attachments appear as file results, and source coverage is clearer.
  • RepCloud Drive, Dropbox, and Google browsing now have more practical list/grid, favorites, sharing, preview, upload, folder, rename, move, delete, and office-file handoff behavior.
Messaging 2026-05-29

Thread-aware customer email history

Customer email history is clearer in CRM while Workspace remains the main day-to-day inbox.

  • Customer Email Logs now show sent and received direction, source labels, status chips, and first-pass conversation summaries.
  • Opening an email shows related messages from the same customer thread, with a shortcut to ask the Assistant for a reviewed follow-up draft.
  • The old in-CRM Orders Assistant/customer-service mailbox path is treated as retired now that inbox work has moved to the separate Workspace app; CRM remains the durable history and support-ticket target.

Mobile, campaign, and Find Info polish

The next lead workflow polish pass is live across mobile review screens, lead campaign launch, and Find Info evidence.

  • Lead cleanup/workspace modals, table overflow, campaign builder steps, intake review controls, and Assistant enrichment cards now behave better on phone and tablet widths.
  • Selected leads now have a direct Create Campaign action that opens the list handoff with campaign launch already selected.
  • Find Info apply cards now show clearer confidence/source labels, and applied updates save confidence/source evidence into the lead note.

Lead cleanup workbench

Lead cleanup now has a clearer one-by-one review flow for missing info and Find Info enrichment.

  • The lead workspace now shows a cleanup checklist and progress meter for email, phone, website, dealer type, brands, categories, and owner or territory.
  • Leads that need research get a more prominent Find Info handoff into the Assistant while keeping manual field edits available as a fallback.
  • Work mode actions now make the Mark Ready + Next path clearer so staff can move through cleanup queues faster.

Assistant parser-profile handoff

Failed PDF intake repairs now move farther without requiring manual parser-profile testing.

  • When the Assistant creates or fixes a tenant PDF parser profile, it now tests the sample PDF automatically.
  • If the profile test can read line items, the profile is activated and the original intake item is reparsed with that linked profile.
  • Assistant responses now report whether the intake is ready for staff review/import or still has a clear remaining parser blocker.
  • Intake review can show stored parser evidence and line-item mapping notes from the Assistant repair.

Territory map filter fixes

The Territory Map is more reliable when filtering, zooming, and switching between customers and leads.

  • Turning off both Customers and Leads now leaves the map empty instead of unexpectedly showing leads again.
  • Map markers are less likely to disappear while zooming or refreshing the current view.
  • Staff-scoped map views continue to show only the accounts and leads the user is allowed to work with.
Assistant 2026-05-26

More useful Assistant actions

RepCloud Assistant is getting better at turning everyday CRM requests into reviewable actions instead of generic guidance.

  • Ask the Assistant to draft quotes, purchase orders, emails, tasks, reminders, assets, and CRM records with a clearer confirmation step before anything is saved.
  • Assistant responses now keep pending actions visible with a Confirm and proceed button, so follow-up messages like approved or confirmed do not lose the original request.
  • Assistant-created records continue to follow the same workspace permissions and account scope as the normal CRM screens.

Clearer order intake review

Purchase order intake now makes it easier to verify what was read from the uploaded order and what RepCloud matched in the CRM.

  • Review rows show the original PO SKU alongside the matched product so staff can spot bad matches faster.
  • Bulk and master-pack pricing suggestions are clearer, including cases where a larger quantity earns better pricing without being mandatory.
  • Combined vendor PDFs can be checked against the workspace so missing purchase orders can be found and imported without duplicating orders already on file.

Cleaner staff and workflow details

Several admin and CRM screens received small but useful polish for day-to-day work.

  • Staff profile images and staff list actions display more cleanly, with delete actions styled as danger actions.
  • Portal-created purchase orders now better identify when the customer created the order from the portal.
  • Estimate and purchase order line editing handles quantity formatting more consistently, including decimal quantities when they are truly needed.
